YouTube is the best video sharing website. There are several ways to download YouTube Videos and save it to your hard drive. But still I could hear people asking "How do I download videos from YouTube ?" So I thought I could post this article which shows the different ways to download YouTube videos.
I will be updating this post regularly whenever I find a new method to download YouTube Videos
File2HD.com
- Goto www.File2hd.com
- Copy the URL of the Video from YouTube and paste it in the URL field in File2hd.com.
- Check "I have read and agree to the terms of service", select "Movies" and click on the button "Get Files"
- Right click on the Video file as shown in the below screenshot, click "Save Target As.." and save it to your hard drive
KickYouTube.com
KickYouTube.com is a cool website for downloading YouTube videos. To download a YouTube video via KickYouTube, replace youtube with kickyoutube in the URL of the video and hit enter. See the screenshot below. After you do that you will be taken to the KickYouTube.com website and there you can select the video format and then download the video to your computer. Step 1

KeepVid.com
KeepVid.com is another simple website to download videos from YouTube. You can download the videos in .flv format and .mp4 format. After you save them to your computer, you will have to rename the file to add the extension .flv or .mp4 as you wish. Take a look at the screenshot below:
